As of the command-line arguments' introduction (and, more specifically, the switch to using platformdirs), the README.md section on environment variables is incorrect.

TODO: Add a small paragraph somewhere detailing how the harness interacts with the host file system (for sessions/logs/"previous model name"/"known models" files).
